Terms of Use, Compliance, Fair Usage & Service Agreement<\/h2>

Welcome to RealtorOS, a real-estate focused AI operating platform within the TryThat.ai ecosystem,
operated by AltRr Software Services Pvt. Ltd., having its registered office at
6th Floor, VB Capitol, Range Hills Road, Bhosalenagar, Shivajinagar, Pune \u2013 411007,
Maharashtra, India.<\/p>

By registering, onboarding, integrating, subscribing, recharging, accessing, or using RealtorOS
and any associated services, products, communication systems, APIs, dashboards, AI tools,
automation systems, or integrations (\u201cServices\u201d), the Client agrees to comply with and remain
bound by the following Terms of Use, Compliance Policies, Fair Usage Policies,
and Service Conditions.<\/p>

1. Service Scope & Platform Access<\/h3>

RealtorOS provides AI-powered business automation tools including but not limited to:<\/p>

  • AI calling<\/li>
  • Lead qualification<\/li>
  • CRM workflows<\/li>
  • Communication automation<\/li>
  • WhatsApp integrations<\/li>
  • Campaign tools<\/li>
  • Inventory management utilities<\/li>
  • Analytics<\/li>
  • Integrations<\/li>
  • Business automation services<\/li><\/ul>

    Platform access, usage limits, calling capacity, storage, integrations, APIs, workflows,
    projects, users, communication credits, support access, and feature availability shall depend
    upon the active subscription plan, prepaid balance, custom agreement, or commercial arrangement
    approved by RealtorOS.<\/p>

    Certain features may be experimental, beta, limited-release, AI-assisted,
    roadmap-based, or dependent upon third-party systems.<\/p>

    RealtorOS reserves the absolute right to modify, update, discontinue, restrict,
    suspend, throttle, redesign, or remove any feature, integration, pricing structure,
    commercial model, service limitation, or roadmap item at any time without prior notice.<\/p>

    2. Client Responsibility & Legal Compliance<\/h3>

    The Client acknowledges and agrees that RealtorOS acts strictly as a technology platform
    and automation service provider.<\/p>

    The Client shall remain solely responsible for:<\/p>

    • Uploaded databases<\/li>
    • Customer information<\/li>
    • Leads<\/li>
    • Property listings<\/li>
    • Advertisements<\/li>
    • Scripts<\/li>
    • Campaign approvals<\/li>
    • Communication content<\/li>
    • Inventory accuracy<\/li>
    • Employee access<\/li>
    • Customer consent<\/li><\/ul>

      The Client further confirms that all customer data has been lawfully collected and
      required communication permissions and opt-ins have been obtained.<\/p>

      The Client shall remain fully liable for compliance with TRAI regulations,
      DLT requirements, telemarketing rules, RERA regulations, data protection obligations,
      WhatsApp\/Meta policies, advertising standards, telecom laws,
      and all other applicable statutory or regulatory requirements.<\/p>

      3. AI Calling, Automation & Communication Disclaimer<\/h3>

      RealtorOS may provide AI-driven communication tools including inbound and outbound AI calling,
      AI lead qualification, conversational workflows, automated messaging,
      AI-generated summaries, and marketing automation features.<\/p>

      The Client understands and agrees that AI systems are probabilistic technologies and outputs
      may contain inaccuracies, incomplete responses, or unintended outcomes.<\/p>

      RealtorOS does not guarantee lead conversion, sales outcomes, campaign performance,
      customer behavior, business growth, or operational results.<\/p>

      4. Third-Party Integrations & External Platforms<\/h3>

      RealtorOS may integrate with third-party systems including WhatsApp Business APIs,
      Meta platforms, Google platforms, telephony providers, SIP trunk providers,
      CRMs, cloud infrastructure, ad platforms, and external APIs.<\/p>

      RealtorOS shall not be liable for API failures, sync delays, account bans,
      infrastructure downtime, or interruptions caused by third-party providers.<\/p>

      5. Fair Usage Policy<\/h3>

      Clients agree to use RealtorOS strictly for lawful and intended business purposes.<\/p>

      The following activities are strictly prohibited:<\/p>

      • Spam messaging<\/li>
      • Illegal telemarketing<\/li>
      • Scraping<\/li>
      • Reverse engineering<\/li>
      • Phishing<\/li>
      • Credential sharing<\/li>
      • Fraudulent promotions<\/li>
      • Platform exploitation<\/li><\/ul>

        RealtorOS reserves the right to monitor activity, throttle usage,
        restrict services, suspend campaigns, block integrations,
        or terminate accounts where abusive or suspicious usage is detected.<\/p>

        6. Intellectual Property Rights<\/h3>

        All rights, title, ownership, and intellectual property related to RealtorOS including
        software, source code, workflows, prompts, AI systems, dashboards,
        branding, and operational systems shall remain the exclusive property
        of AltRr Software Services Pvt. Ltd.<\/p>

        7. Data Privacy, Recordings & Retention<\/h3>

        Client data, recordings, transcripts, campaign information, and uploaded content
        may be processed and stored for operational purposes, analytics,
        support, compliance, research, and product improvement.<\/p>

        Upon subscription expiry, inactivity, suspension, or termination,
        RealtorOS reserves the right to permanently delete stored data after 14 days.<\/p>

        8. Payments, Commercials & Subscription Terms<\/h3>

        All subscriptions, communication credits, AI calling balances,
        and usage charges are prepaid unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>

        Applicable taxes including GST shall be charged additionally.<\/p>

        RealtorOS reserves the right to revise pricing, modify plans,
        alter usage limits, or discontinue offers at its discretion.<\/p>

        9. Suspension, Monitoring & Termination<\/h3>

        RealtorOS reserves the right to monitor platform activity for abuse,
        fraud prevention, compliance enforcement, and suspicious behavior.<\/p>

        Accounts may be suspended, restricted, investigated, or terminated
        without prior notice for violations or misuse.<\/p>

        10. Limitation of Liability<\/h3>

        RealtorOS shall not be liable for sales loss, revenue loss,
        campaign failures, inaccurate AI outputs, telecom disruptions,
        account bans, or indirect\/consequential damages.<\/p>

        Under no circumstance shall the aggregate liability exceed the total amount
        paid by the Client during the three months immediately preceding the claim.<\/p>

        11. Indemnification<\/h3>

        The Client agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless RealtorOS,
        TryThat.ai, AltRr Software Services Pvt. Ltd., and affiliates
        against claims, liabilities, penalties, damages, or legal proceedings
        arising from misuse of the platform.<\/p>

        12. Marketing & Branding Rights<\/h3>

        Unless restricted in writing, the Client grants RealtorOS the right to
        use company name and logo, publish partnership announcements,
        create anonymized case studies, and reference the Client
        for promotional purposes.<\/p>

        13. Force Majeure<\/h3>

        RealtorOS shall not be liable for delays, failures, or interruptions
        caused by events beyond reasonable control including telecom failures,
        cyberattacks, cloud outages, government restrictions,
        natural disasters, pandemics, or third-party failures.<\/p>

        14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction<\/h3>

        These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance
        with the laws of India.<\/p>

        All disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction
        of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.<\/p>

        15. Electronic Acceptance & Severability<\/h3>

        Submission of onboarding forms, payments, integrations,
        platform access, or continued usage of RealtorOS
        shall constitute valid electronic acceptance of these Terms.<\/p>

        If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable,
